DESCRIPTION:Please note\, this is for CEWA schools only \nThis is the third day of training in the Edval timetable software. \nIt covers most of the tools and techniques that you will need when constructing a timetable automatically in Edval.\nTopics include: \n\nChecking for problems before you start\nCreating a matrix type grid\nAdding your years one at a time\nModifications that solve difficult problems\nSplitting classes to balance loads\n\nIt is expected that participants will bring their own school file with them. This file should be at ‘Champagne bottle’ stage; or in the final stages leading up to this where problems exist that you would like help in solving. \nPlease note: ALL trainees are required to bring their own device. Edval is a Windows based product. If bringing a MAC\, it must be able to run Windows. If booking on behalf of a colleague\, please inform them of this requirement. \nMorning tea and lunch are provided. \nCost is $530 +GST per person. \n
